What happens when I reach a limit?
Adding one more is refused with a plain message and a "See plan" link. Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working. If you move down a plan, existing clients and users stay; you just cannot add more until you are under the limit.
How do add-ons work?
Extra clients and extra client users are added to your plan's limits per unit per month. Your usage against every limit shows wherever it applies: on Setup, when adding a business, under Admin on the Users and Plan tabs.
What is the trial, exactly?
14 days on Starter limits: 5 clients, 2 seats, 3 users per client, publishing and white label on. No card. At the end you pick a plan; if you do not, the workspace pauses after a week and resumes when you do.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Online plan changes arrive with billing; until then, ask Catchment from the Plan tab and the change is made the same day.
What does "Powered by Catchment" look like?
One line on the public link bar and the PDF footer on the Solo plan. Starter and above show your agency alone.
How do I cancel, and what do I get to keep?
Cancel from the Plan tab with one click. The workspace goes read-only for 30 days with a JSON export of everything stored: settings, users without secrets, businesses with keywords, connections without tokens, manual imports, daily totals and ranking snapshots. After 30 days the workspace is deleted and Google access revoked.
Is GST included?
Tax treatment is being confirmed with the pricing. Invoices will state it clearly when billing opens.
