Delete your data
Three ways to remove your data from Catchment, and how long each takes.
Items marked to be confirmed are placeholders that the operator must complete before publication.
What Catchment stores
Catchment stores daily totals, such as views, calls, clicks and website visits. It does not store records about individual visitors or customers. Our privacy policy lists everything we hold.
Agencies: remove your whole workspace
- Sign in at app.catchment.au as an admin.
- Go to Admin, then Plan, then Cancel.
- The workspace becomes read-only for 30 days. During that time you can export your data.
- After 30 days we permanently delete the businesses, reports, users, connections and uploads, and we revoke the Google tokens.
Clients and page owners: disconnect a platform
Disconnecting stops Catchment reading from the account and removes the stored connection tokens. Do it in Catchment, in the platform's own settings, or both.
Inside Catchment
Open the business, go to Settings, then Connections, and disconnect the platform. To remove a Google or Facebook sign-in, open Setup and select Remove next to it.
Go to Settings, then Business integrations, and remove Catchment.
Go to Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove Catchment.
Open myaccount.google.com/permissions, select Catchment and remove its access.
Ask us to delete your data
Email our privacy contact at privacy contact email to be confirmed and include:
- your name and the email address you use to sign in;
- the agency or business name;
- which platforms are connected (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Bing);
- whether you want a single business, a single login or the whole workspace removed.
How long it takes
- We confirm your request within 7 days.
- We complete the deletion within 30 days.
Backups are kept for to be confirmed before they are overwritten. Deleting data in Catchment does not change anything on Google, Facebook, Instagram or the other platforms themselves.
