Our accessibility commitment

Items marked to be confirmed are placeholders that the operator must complete before launch.

Our commitment

We aim for this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

  • We check text and interface colours for contrast.
  • Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a skip link.
  • We respect the reduced motion setting: the page shows its complete, still content.
  • Charts have text alternatives that give the main figures.
  • Layouts work on phones, from 375 pixels wide.

Known limits

  • We have tested with automated checks and by hand, but not yet with an external accessibility audit.
  • Some animated diagrams convey their detail in text nearby rather than in the diagram itself.
  • The white label report cover uses made-up agency colours that do not always meet contrast targets.

Report a problem
